Great little clinic, Sonja and her team are always welcoming and take time to clearly explain the process. Highly recommend checking them out if you have any hearing problems.

Fantastic experience. Sonja took time to listen to my Mum explain her hearing issues, and completed a comprehensive hearing test. The results were explained clearly and options for hearing aids given with absolutely no “hard sell” in fact, the complete opposite.
Mari also joined the consultation at several points and we look forward to returning for hearing aid fittings.

Excellent service. Andrew explained the procedure (micro suction) thoroughly, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. Very professional service, my ears feel a lot better and really helpful advice on how to look after my ears, with clear rationale. I received outstanding service from Sonja and Mari. I had recently purchased hearing aids from a high street chain but wasn’t getting on with them so went to Cardiff Hearing for a second opinion. Their knowledge and expertise meant that they spotted that I didn’t need hearing aids at all but that I have an auditory processing disorder, for which I am now having the assessment with Mari. Everything was explained to me in a calm, professional manor, which is very important to me as I have autism.
I felt completely at ease and Mari didn’t mind repeating herself and writing things down for me. I highly recommend the team at Cardiff Hearing and wish I had gone there in the first place.

Andrew was great - friendly and professional and fully explained the procedure. It was amazing to see before and after pictures of the ear canal. The difference is stunning - two small bee sized wax blocks were removed from each ear , and I have such clarity in the upper frequency range now, sounds like a cinema soundtrack!!

My appointment with Sonja went very well. Had the hearing aids fitted, which was a very strange experience but Sonja explained, adjusted and tested until I was more comfortable. She gave very detailed explanations and advice over what I was likely to experience over the coming weeks so I left feeling reasonably confident. It's my second day of wearing them today and I'm getting used to them already! So, thanks Sonja for explaining and instructing so clearly.

Excellent little independent hearing clinic. Easy online booking process and clear instructions as to which suite you are booked into - both suites are within the same building. Professional and friendly staff. Good pricing. Ample parking. Highly recommended if you have ear/hearing issues.
