The staff great but hate going into the place as the furniture scruffy with dirty hand marks on the chairs. I had to sanitise my hands to go in and sit on their dirty chairs!!!!. My mother a 91 lady being told the toilet unavailable for her to use is pathetic and shows NO respect for the customers who pay the not cheap prices. So to reiterate staff great Nadia so good with mum and very helpful but i hated the reception not a professional look for the company.
