Extremely friendly and professional. Just walked in and my husband was attended to immediately with earwax in his ears and loss of hearing ( deaf for three weeks ). I was able to watch the procedure and wow I was amazed at the lumps of wax sucked out and wow………… He could hear perfect. Thankyou so much Ian and your friendly lovely assistant for your help. Very happy and hope you consider opening a shop in Prestatyn. And thanks for allowing my little dog to accompany us. All the very best for your new Llandudno business.

Went in this morning to Hearshop Llandudno, just for advice and was greeted warmly by receptionist, who gave expert advice for us to decide upon, which we did, we then met Ian who was just as nice, and we subsequently had our ears cleaned which was amazing and expertly done by Ian the difference is amazing. I had an cotton bud removed which unknown to me had been there years, so be careful using cotton buds. Can’t thank them enough, will definitely return even though we live miles away… lol.

Had an appointment in Llandudno today and just had to go online to say thank for a quick, efficient and very friendly experience. If you have problems with your ears then this is definitely the place to go to.
Can’t thank you enough for resolving my blocked ear problem so easily and efficiently, you really couldn’t ask for more.I will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic service, I was lucky to book an appointment on the same day. Micro suction is completely painless and I was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable priced, cheaper than other shops offering same service. I can hear so much better, no pain at all and will definitely be returning in future if problem reoccurs.

My husband has been completely deaf in one ear for months with ear wax build up. He went to the hearshop today and after a completely painless treatment for only £40, he came out being able to hear again (he said it’s now better than his other ear!) I wish we’d booked it sooner. Wonderful patient service too, from the initial phone call to today, lots of advice and guidance to take away. Thanks so much!
