Very happy person today, had a lovely experience in shop, expertly looked after and came away with excellent new hearing aids

Booked for hearing test and confirmed 4 days before that attending the test. Phoned in morning to confirm time to attend clinic, receptionist said it is not today.
Taken leave from work to attend but waste of time and leave. Ridiculous !
Never recommend.

Appointment got cancelled twice on the morning of appointment and when I had already driven and parked the car. Total cost of car park cost me £25 for nothing. Don't use!!

They cancelled my appointment less than an hour before it was meant to take place. Awful customer service! Said they’d book me in the month after and I never heard from them again.

If you’re Cardiff-based then Hearing Wales in Rhiwbina are much better and provide a much better experience.

Half the battery on their cards are already flat, my mother had a call from them to see if she would like to have an appointment for new hearing aids, when she said she was not happy with her current ones and did not want to go all the way to Cardiff.
she asked if she could purchase new batteries for her existing hearing aids and pay over the phone and asked if they could post, the reply was sorry we can't help with that???? Not a very professional outfit. Shocking customer service.

Have made appointments with Cardiff branch for the last 18 months . So far I have had all five appoinments cancelled. Yet they ring you a few days before to confirm the appointment and then ring you on the day to cancel. Certainly not worth trying to make another appointment.

Since the Cwmbran branch of Amplifon is no longer open for business the nearest alternative branch is Cardiff.
After travelling from Cwmbran to Cardiff to purchase batteries the shop was closed, appointments only.
I then sent for my order using their online site.
My order should have arrived within 3 working days but it failed to arrive.
I phoned their on line customer services but the number was no longer in use.
After Emailing the company three times over the next three days I still hadn't receive a response.
A week after my order was confirmed I eventually received a phone call from Amplifon which advised me that my order had been dispatched & I should have already received it. (Within 3 working days).
After explaining that my order still hadn't arrived they advised me that my order would be sent that day by 1st class Royal Mail.
My order eventually arrived 8 days after it had been confirmed.
Overall, the service from Amplifon, wasn't very professional.

Very poor customer service!!!. When you ring there is never a person there to physically speak to. A voicemail tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back. I have left numerous messages with no response. I have ended up needing to travel by train to the store to make an appointment or take follow up action on a repair. This is costing me money when it could have been resolved by a simple telephone conversation. I have been with this company for over 40 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shame on you Cardiff store.
