I was booked in for ear wax removal because my surgery are not doing it due to covid. Lovely consultation in Boots Swansea and showed me inside of my ears on the computer. Explained everything clearly and because no need for wax removal, all free. Booked my next review appointment and cleaned my hearing aids. Brilliant service.
