I questioned on my last post about customer service. I retract my comments because Amplifon customer service got in contact with me and we.came to an amicable conclusion. I have had my hearing test and consultation and I am very happy with the customer care and service that I received. I value my hearing aids and would definitely recommend people to consider Amplifon to achieve a clear and good quality hearing result and after care.

Receptionist is very abrupt and totally lacks customer service skills, before pandemic the girls on reception were great but this is no longer the case. Trying to get a problem sorted is almost impossible.
