Took 3 hearings aids and 3 months to get the right hearing aid due to catalogue or errors and shambolic admin. Couldn't get an appointment in Cardiff, but call centre insist there are appointments available, Cycoed say the audiologist is not trained to fit them. Reception staff rude and unhelpful, they forget you are paying for this unprofessional service, told them to return the hearing aid I'm off to Specsavers
