Loves cutting people off in traffic, without even indicating that he wants to pull in front of us. Maybe they should be taught how to drive again

Disappointing. After calling Prestige 4 times, during a period of three weeks, asking them to book me in for an annual service for the boiler, I still didn’t receive an answer with an available date.
First time, I was told to call after Christmas & New Year, after that someone was supposed to call me back with a date and time. Didn’t happen. I gave up.

Knocking noise coming from pipe work, very unhelpful, had 2 visits from plumber and stood there doing nothing waiting for pipes to knock which sods law didn't happen so left without doing anything
