My boiler completely packed in on a Sunday. Rob came to the house on the Monday and diagnosed the problem (basically an old boiler that needed replacing). New equipment was delivered to my house on the Tuesday and work commenced first thing on the Wednesday. Work finished the following morning despite unforeseen problems with a dripping isolation tap. I was given a full cost breakdown including labour and it was very reasonable. Completely no fuss or drama. Treat them decently (i.e. cups of tea/coffee) and they do a good job. Recommended to a friend already.

Rob Butler and his lads fitted a new boiler last winter which has proved to be excellent. They fixed everything at short notice when my old boiler broke down. Mark and his mate were very kind to us just when we needed help. The house is now lovely and warm. Since then I have had a couple of minor problem which they sorted out very quickly. Can't praise them enough.

Rob, Mark and Benito replaced a broken boiler at short notice and did an excellent job and carried out the work efficiently. The boiler pipework is really neat and the lads were tidy workers. Rob fitted a new boiler for my Dad, serviced his fire and changed some pipework due to a gas leak. From my first phone call, it was all completed within a short space of time. Rob gave a friendly service, great price and left the house tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
