We've used GK Plumbing for a number of projects. This time it was for removing a bath and shower and replacing them with a walk-in shower. The quality of work was excellent and completed in good time. Thanks to Dan for coordinating the project and to Matthew for his meticulous work as the inevitable adjustments had to be made.

The service was excellent from the initial meeting to measure up for a new sink and unit to the installation. Very polite and professional. Would definitely use GK plumbing again and recommend them. The whole experience was first class.

Dan and his team gave us our dream bathroom! The service we recieved was amazing. From start to finish we were kept updated on everything by Dan who project managed the job. The project was finished to the highest standard's and to schedule by Voytec who installed our bathroom who was both very professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them! Thank you once again and for fitting in some extra work for us too!

We had our project manager from GK Plumbing come over to our home several times, he shook my hand, looked me in the eye and assured me his team were professionals and wouldn’t let my wife and I down.

We commissioned £16,000 worth of work with GK Plumbing - due to commence in a few weeks time. GK Plumbing were going to completely refit the plumbing in our house and install a new air source heat pump. Everything from new radiators and boilers right through to loft insulation had been specified and agreed with GK Plumbing. All we were awaiting was an exact install date which was set for mid-August as promised by our Project Manager.

Four weeks out from when we were expecting works to commence and only after sending several unanswered messages to our Project Manager I’ve been told via text message that our Project Manager has left at short notice and that I should ‘get in touch’ with their office.

When I rang the number specified on the text message I was put through to a call centre who had no record of who I was, they were simply there to pass on a message. Shortly after this I was contacted by a representative of GK Plumbing who apologised and told me there was little or no record of me as a customer or any of the plans, parts and calculations that we had agreed to get the fit out done and air source heater installed.

I was offered the opportunity to rebook a slot next week to re-start the process with another representative of GK Plumbing but other than that there was little to nothing that could be done.

We are now having to reschedule all of the subsequent work that we had booked with other tradesmen eg carpets, decorators and carpenters (who are also booked well in advance) adding what is looking like an extra 6 months to completing our work which we had hoped to have completed by winter.

Feeling utterly disappointed GK Plumbing. Hours were spent with your Project manager and engineer both in our home and via email. Its all been for nothing and now I have to find a new plumber……

Very disappointing service.

I had a new Bosch boiler fitted spending £2760.00 then subsequently experienced a leak.
After multiple requests and visits by GK plumbing, and having to chase up a response to the engineers feedback each time that they couldn't find any issues, I was directed to the manufacturer as I was told it was under warranty (it wasn't) who inspected and advised that the boiler wasn't installed correctly. Quote: "Found Leak On 22mm Compression Nut On Connection To System Filter, Tried Tightening Connection Found Tight, Needs To Be Re-sealed." "External Wiring To Boiler Incorrect, no Permanent Live Supply To Boiler, Switched Live Supply Connected To Perm Live Supply Connection."

After sending the report to GK I was ignored again. I have given up trying to get GK to resolve this issue as frankly I have lost total trust in their skills and honesty.

I had a plumbing problem that Worx Boiler Repair & Plumbing was able to fix. They were prompt, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll definitely be using them again!

We returned from holiday and our boiler would not start. Called GK Plumbing and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. Great service!

Had a good chat with Gareth who is looking into the problem. So far so good. Great dialogue, efficient booking, hopefully by Tuesday we'll know where we stand.
