Called at 11am, i was told someone would be around an hour. no one turned up at all. i called at 4pm. they told me they havnt got any engineers that will come out. Completely useless!!!! dont bother!!!

SOS installed a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler in our very difficult layout house. New regulations meant it couldn’t go where the old boiler had been but they repositioned the new boiler perfectly with a new chimney and rerouted the gas and plumbed into the existing system.
