I won’t be bothering with this company again, they have let me down to many times. A few years ago I called their “emergency line” on New Years Day as my boiler broke down. Not only did they not call back that day but they NEVER called back. More recently I had a issue with my toilets plumbing. When I eventually got through (which took a considerable amount of time), a very abrupt lady made me feel I was a nuisance and it was all a massive inconvenience to them that I wanted to use their services and said they can’t visit me for another week. She also seemed surprised I didn’t know how to isolate my toilet from the water supply. If I knew about plumbing I wouldn’t be calling for a plumber! Not a pleasant experience dealing with this company at all.

I rang one morning because of an issue with our shower. Spoke to a really lovely lady (thank you Sally) who booked me in for an appointment later in the week.
About an hour later I had another call asking if I was in as one of their engineers had finished a job early and was free to take a look. So same day had the problem looked at and the new part ordered.

You can't ask for better service.
Highly recommended.

I have used Neil Robertson a few times now for various jobs, Toilet install ,outside tap. checking a LPG installation and just recently re installation of a gas flue. For me it’s a relief when I use them because I know the job is going to be done correctly and that goes along way.I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant customer service both on the phone and the plumbers that attended. Really helpful and reasonably priced. So glad I found them through check a trade, they will now be who I use in future.

On completion of renewing the syphon on my WC cistern which cost £106 , a leak occurred on the flexihose after the plumber had left the premises. Two days passed before I noticed water dripping down the wall of the hallway.and the plumber was recalled to replace the washer , a further cost of £55. Yes you read that right £55 for a penny washer.

Rang them early Monday morning as we had no heating and hot water. Plumber arrived before 12 the same morning. Got our heating working. Had to order part for hot water. Thought it might be a few days but had a phone call in the afternoon to say he could fix it in the afternoon. Job finished in one day. Excellent service as always. Been dealing with this company for many years now. Never any problems.
