Came out within an hour and a half on a Sunday for an emergency leak. Fixed very quickly and very good value. Friendly and efficient service, would recommend!

Texted Ian at 11:30am with our address. Was told he would be with us in the afternoon. Made arrangements for my son to be picked up from school. Spoke to Ian at 4:30pm and was told he as held up on a job. Sat here now at 10:45pm, no contact at all, not happy at all. Would not recommend.

A++++ recommended. Ian was able to fit us in on short notice and has saved us from a night with no heating. He was friendly and professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issue in detail once identified, and to answer my daft questions! Fixed the problem quickly and left a clean workspace afterwards. Will 100% call Advanced for our future boiler repair and maintenance. P.S.: 5 year old Rowan says to add that Ian was "very nice"!

absolute cowboy. It has cost me hundreds of pounds to put his mistakes right. Do NOT employ him. Bad pipe work, didn't wire in the emersion heater, still waiting for building regulations certificate . Cowboy , infact, I have to say a con man

Ian came out to fit a new boiler a few days later he needed to finish off a few outstanding jobs when he came he broke the hinges on the control panel and did not complete the other work that needed doing and left saying he would return with new hinge also instead of fitting the inner wall ring cover of the flue vent properly he cut the ring to make it fit now it does not fit as it should have tried a number of times to contact him to solve the problems but he can't be bothered to call back got paid so doesn't care seems to be his attitude no would not recommend him at all
