We had a Worcester boiler fitted and are absolutely over the moon with the job. From quote to installation Paul was superb and very informative on all aspects of the job, we found the quote very competitive ( we had 6 quotes in total) and definatley value for money.. The work was carried out to a very high standard and there was no mess or rubbish left behind. Couldn't have had a better service or a more than helpful fitter. A1 service and would definatley recommend to anyone considering a new boiler or service / repair.

Paul responded very quickly to my issue (flame loss on my boiler) and was round my house in less then 24 hrs from when I called. He quickly solved the problem and identified further work that would be required. I would highly recommend Brannan Plumbing & Heating.

Paul came out very promptly, and fixed our boiler with no problems. We have been shivering for days but didnt think anyone would be working on the weekend! Called up on the Friday because our heating was not working and he came out 9am on Saturday. He established we needed a new PCB board, he went to get the part, came back at 12pm and fixed the heating. friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Paul fitted a new boiler to replace an outdated one. Very conscientious, a pleasant manner, and a work ethic that is not often seen these days. Very happy with his work and happy to recommend.

Really bad experience with Paul brannan when he serviced my boiler in January 2021, he claimed it passed the service yet I have called Paul numerous times and the 8 times he has been out to me he has broken parts, replaced many parts costing over £1600. He never checked the water that was in the oil tank or boiler system, costing me alot more to replace the part that where already brought 2 week prior, I feel Compled to leave feed back due to the poor quality service provided by Paul, he has taken advantage of me and has created hundred of pounds unneeded, having another professional with over 3
35 years experience to review and repair his work and charges. .
I can't expréss enough the disappointment in his services, please avoid Paul brannan and always get a 2nd opinion from a professional.

I cantacted Paul after being let down by my own insurance company and all the other 'emergency ' plumbers' listed on Google for Taunton. Pauls phone was answered immediately, and I described my problem which was a complete boiler breakdown. Rather than immediately booking a costly callout (it was 7pm on a Friday Night!) Paul actually went through all of the possible options I could try myself to rectify the problem. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to find a solution, this involved a reset and so on. He then asked me to call back in one hour if the boiler had not restarted properly. Unfortunately, despite Pauls expert advice and guidance over the phone I called Paul back to tell him my boiler was still not functioning. Please bear in mind that this was a Friday evening, when most people are sitting down with a glass of wine or a cold beer. Paul booked an appointment and promised to attend in half an hour! he arrived promptly, and spent a short amount of time expertly diagnosing our boiler issue. He then set about effecting a repair which was immediate and effective; our boiler was fixed! The fee was more than reasonable, the service exemplary and above all his level of customer service was outstanding. Anyone reading this has my personal guarantee that Paul and his company provide superb service, great value and the best customer service I have experinced. Paul is now our 'go-to' plumber!

We called Paul on a Saturday afternoon after having no hot water.
He arrived within the hour and gave us a temporary fix until Monday.
He returned on time as promised and installed a new timer and heating thermostat panel for hot water and heating controls.
He also solved the very confusing wiring system that had been done incorrectly by a previous trade and we now have an efficient and upto date working system.
Highly reccomend.
