I've never used SDC before and got their number from Worcester Bosch after several engineers I called following a google search were unable to help. Sean and his colleague came quickly and were professional and friendly from the outset. As soon as they arrived, it was evident that Sean knew the boiler by the way he got stuck in. He was able to diagnose the fault quickly and accurately - unlike the other engineers who had visited earlier in the day and simply scratched their heads while looking at the exterior of it! As a result of his expertise the boiler was back up working in just over a day. Sean also kindly gave up his Saturday morning so my family wouldn't be without heat during the coldest weekend predicted this Winter. Sean charged me what he quoted despite weekend working and some problems with the part supplied. I'm so glad I've finally found someone trustworthy and reliable I can call when I need help with the central heating. Highly recommended.
