Two stars given due to a prompt response since taking payment. The engineer attended, diagnosed a gas leak and charged £348 for the pleasure of getting nothing done.

They did however send 2 quotations for gas leak detection and repair.

The mains supplier attended, concluded no gas leak and turned the gas back on.

I have contacted PHS main office to be told the monies taken were totally justified.
This is totally unacceptable and would never use this company again.. please spread the word.

This company is fantastic . Called as had no water or heating they were with me within an hour ! Professional staff , great engineer and fantastic customer service . Totally recommend . Thank you 😊

Contacted these guys to have my commercial heater serviced, I was told to email over my contact details and information. I did this and had no reply. I resent another email with the same information and still no reply, I contacted them by phone again and was told that the LPG engineer is booked up and they wont be able to help. Information i am sure was available 2 weeks ago. I am now down another 2 weeks without heating due too me " falling through the cracks". Whist they were very polite on the phone, this does not help me.

I highly recommend PHS for anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. I recently utilized their gas water leak detection service and was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the engineers. They were able to quickly pinpoint a difficult to find leak, which was promptly repaired. This was my second time using them and I am proud to say that both experiences were top-notch. The efficient and effective service provided by PHS is unmatched in the industry.

I was informed by Anglia water that I had a leak that was not visible and needed to locate it. PHS was approached by me and they came and located the leak. Jamie their engineer kept us informed at each step. He was respectful, courteous and honest. We could not have asked for better.
I would praise the firm highly and would recommend to anyone who may have the same problem.

PHS Engineers installed a new boiler for me. Their engineer Jamie was excellent, very polite, informative and behaved in a very professional way. Before that Adam sorted out timings, helped me with ordering a new boiler, again his friendly manner was much appreciated he too was very professional. Had PHS engineers carry out a gas water leak detection service. Pinpointed a difficult to find leak within 750mm from source. A quick dig and the leak was exposed and repaired. It’s the second time I’ve used this service and both times had excellent service. Many thanks..

Friendly and helpful service when booking an engineer to come and fix our commercial oven. The engineer arrived at the time I requested which was helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem. They then returned with the new parts and fitted. Good service and would definitely use again.
