All the engineers are friendly and only carry out the necessary work required and they do this efficiently and tidy up afterwards. Office staff are also very friendly and try their best to accommodate you. Have been using Gas Jet at home and at my business for several years and will always recommend them.

Very friendly staff and they do come out straight away. However I would get a second opinion when calling any plumber out as they will try and make money from you unnecessarily. I called Gas Jet out to do a gas safety check on my let property. They failed this giving me a believable story about the flue not being in line with regulation/standards. Yet I have let this property for 5 yrs and no other plumber has failed it. The flue hasn't moved position! Gas Jet advised that the only way round this was to fit a new boiler and were pushing me for a quote. I called British Gas out to do the check and they passed it....

Luckily as I have been a landlord for years I have a fair bit of experience generally when it comes to dealing with various trades men and can usually fish out the ones trying to make a bit of money. A lot of these tradesman will try if they can get away with it.

Serviceman was incredibly rude, arrived at the property and literally burst in. Did not knock, just opened the door and declared "it's fine, I've been here before" (rental property), didn't introduce himself, rested his dirty boots on our furniture and ignored my partner when she challenged him on his behaviour.
I don't care what previous record of quality they might have, if I could give them less than one star they would have earned it.

Friendly staff, able to put your mind at ease in an emergency. High professional standards too. The job gets done, and you get good advice while they're at it. Thanks guys.

Excellent installation of a new central heating pump and timer for the boiler. Great service, too notch!

Kevin wants your work but his staff are mostly unqualified and do not know what they are doing. They hide all of their errors under floor boards hoping that they will never be found out. Check who you have in your house on the gas safe register before letting them in, They will remove your working boiler, your copper and copper cylinder for scrap payment. We have not had any heating or hot water for 6 months and they could not care less. Avoid at all costs

Don’t use them. Like other reviews on here. They make up problems. Had issue with radiators. Then it’s oh got a problem with your boiler then messes with that. Had to get someone else out who wasn’t going to take us for a ride. Shouldn’t of even paid them.
