There were several queries regarding the parts for the job and Russell was very patient dealing with all my queries. He fit the job in quickly and completed it with no mess. He wore a mask to protect my parents and answered queries on other potential plumbing jobs. Excellent in all respects.

I had a complicated ASHP installation, converting from gas, which involved the replacement of every radiator in the house. Russell had a lot of metaphorical spanners thrown at him during the installation, including supply chain issues with the hot water tank, and a malfunctioning controller from Mitsubishi. He spent a lot of time on the phone to the support line to get things working. He is dogged and determined, and that's what you need from a heating engineer.
