The man came to my house and was disgustingly rude. I was holding my baby and he was being verbally abusive because he'd knocked once and I heard him on the second knock.

I am calling to file a formal complaint as I was fearful being alone with my baby in the house (desperate because he came to fix my broken boiler so he had to proceed as there is no hot water or heating). But the verbal abuse. It's appauling!

Dangerous drivers - saw one of their vans narrowly miss hitting a cyclist who had right of way. Registration LC18 EBL, at around 2:25pm today on Walworth Road.

Given at least two other reviews mention aggressive and dangerous driving, I’d suggest this is a pattern that’s not being dealt with. Don’t give these guys your business.

They will damage your property and refuse to replace or pay to have it fixed. £2,500 of oak flooring destroyed by them dragging a water cylinder over it.
The thin dust sheets are apparently enough protection and any other damage is your fault....obviously.
What you expect form a company thats family run by a bunch of inbred thugs.

This company employs awful people, had two of their driver almost kill me on the roads and then been verbally abused by them. Not nice people at all.

Excellent service, very fast in repairing my boiler. Super clean, tidy and both were polite. V pleased!

Extremely quick and professional response. Very polite and accommodating staff, even in these demanding time’s.

Their driver is super dangerous, cuttting people off, speeding, almost had an accident on 19/12/22, 6:20pm. Please investigate
