The engineer has good customer relation, good sense of humour and he is good at his job, effective and a professional.

I had few problems with delivery, but one of their agents Jack called me solved my problem smoothly.

Could not get a simple order right - had to spend over 30mins on a live chat sorting out their mistake as they have no phone number, if they had people on the phone I could have sorted it out in 5mins.
Now knowing they don't have a phone number I would not order from them again - and guess what no sorry at the end of the chat just is there anything else I can do for you poor company.
