Requested quote via email on Sunday, received a response on Monday, and booked an engineer visit via email. Other firms I approached didn’t wvem bother to respond ! Engineer (Jack) arrived within allocated time and performed the repair work efficiently and also carried out a full inspection of the flue. Jack keep me updated on progress, and explained he had found and fixed issues that I was not aware of. I will certainly use Beatrix again….a very professional service.

Our heating had stopped working and Keir did a great job sussing out the issue in a very procedural maner, eliminating various potential reasons one by one. He clearly knew what he was doing and kindly answered all my layman questions. He was quick and efficient, very polite, no faff. Delighted to have our heating back on!

Great experience with Beatrix. Tom was great throughout. Other companies were adamant a false wall needed to be removed to replace the bath in a tight bathroom, which would mean major retiling. Tom was confident they could do it without disturbing the wall resulting in a much more reasonable quote than others. Tommy was very professional in carrying out the work. He even managed to save all the tiles so a significant additional cost was saved. They were busy (a good sign I guess!) so I had to wait a while before work could begin but I’m so pleased I did. I’m really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend.

From start to finish Beatrix Renovations provided the best service and standard for our complete bathroom makeover. They were always professional but also friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Beatrix Renovations ripped out our old kitchen and fully fitted our new one, our experience with them was flawless. The team coordination with fitters, plumbers and electricians was seamless. High quality work and lovely reliable team. Would recommend!

Jack and Sarah arrived on time we were having a new kitchen tap fitted and the flush valve in our downstairs toilet replaced both of these jobs turned out to be not an easy task but they both got on with the jobs in hand they were both very compendent and a did a great job it was a pleasure to have great people who knew what they were doing working in our home. I have used this company before and would not hesitate to use them again a brilliant local company

We recently had a full bathroom refurbishment carried out by Beatrix and they did an amazing job from start to finish. From the quotation stage all the way through to the completion of the project, communication and organisation was excellent. I had a lot of questions and specific requirements, and Tom was very patient and helped me to understand the process. Every member of the team was professional and friendly, as well as clean and tidy when carrying out the work. The quality of the workmanship is very high and they are all experts at what they do.
