My repair was for complete renewal of toilet cistern. Phoned company in the morning and Shabs arrived before 11am same day. Had parts available and replaced the whole unit so that it was in full working order within the hour. Polite , professional and friendly! Excellent service would recommend and most importantly I was not let down - I would definitely use again!!!!

Shabs came round promptly to device my ATAG boiler and to fix a radiator. He was extremely professional and thorough (including clean out the magnetic filter which a previous plumber had refused to do), answering all my questions and explaining what he was doing when asked. He completed all the paperwork and left me confident that my boiler was in good order. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I had an AC installation and my Boiler repaired and the service was excellent. The engineer was very friendly and provided a good service. The work he carried out was very clean. I will definitely be using this company again.

This company was absolutely professional and went above and beyond for us. Being without heating in winter isn’t fun and when you come across a company willing to go the extra mile for a part, trying all sorts of options to make it work. It’s really the sort of company you need. We now have a warm home and if it wasn’t for this company we would still be freezing cold. I am very grateful to him especially as the boiler company was completely happy with us being without heating for an additional 3 days with a young child at home - DPD delayed the parcel and the boiler company resent it for delivery after the weekend. This company didn’t stand for it and they tried everything to make it work - willing to drive hours to get a spare elsewhere etc . They succeeded and like I said, we are now warm. So thank you

Shabir came to replace my complete toilet as the siphon was done for and the cistern leaked. It was cheaper to replace the whole thing than attempt a fix. He was pleasant to deal with to arrange it all. Arrived on time and did an excellent replacement. I can fully recommend him to anyone.

Called at 22.15, within 30 minutes, the engineer was at my door. Diagnosed the problem and found a solution by 23.10 we had our heating back on. Honest and very professional 👏 Book with confidence.
