Last year they installed Worcester bosh combi boiler at my house he didn’t flush the system as agreed all winter heating didn’t work properly try to get him for have a look but very very busy person always in hurry he only spend time maximum 10 min to see issue didn’t fix problem & gone after I open my self radiator and found black slug in system I realised he didn’t flush as he I agreed I send message to him as well but what after basically he mesh up my new expensive Worcester bosh combi boiler , didn’t put inhibitors as well all was included in contract customer have to trust installer and this is director of company I would not recommend.
