Heat Quick Direct boilers

Rob was excellent; explained the process and gave an appointed which was kept punctually and finished the work to an excellent standard. Would definetly recommend to anyone.

Further update on this - two days later we found that there was a strong smell of gas coming from the meter. Called in the emergency gas people who said that the meter was missing a washer! Fortunately there were no accidents in the interim otherwise this could have ended badly for my mum who lives alone. So i have updated my review for Rob who did apologise for this error but clearly you cannot be too careful when dealing with gas.

I have relied on Robert many times at different properties and I wouldn’t call anyone else. He is brilliant - very professional, thorough and competent. From regular boiler service to a very temperamental boiler (affected by a very unusual factory fault), he deals with everything efficiently. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Highly, highly recommend. I contacted Heat Quick Direct when our boiler stopped working during a particularly cold week and Robert responded right away. He came out to take a look and provide an estimate that same day, and after we concluded that the boiler needed to be replaced, he worked until quite late to make sure we could get a new boiler by the next day. He installed it efficiently, left the house cleaner than he found it, and aside from the quality work he is simply a very nice guy!👍🏻

I had a new boiler installed. Amazing service. Arrived first thing, the engineer was so friendly and explained what he was going to do, got to work, gave me a tutorial on how to use the fancy new controller and the best part was the cost. An excellent, affordable price for the boiler, installation, flush through and filter. left the house clean, and aside from the quality work, he is simply a very nice guy!
