Mustafa came round to fit 2 Nests, 2 zone ports to create seperate zones, magna clean, DhW heat exchange service and a service of my boiler.
He talked me through the whole process.
He was very professional, courteous and quick.
The plumbing work was very neat, set up my nests (He's a nest pro installer) and gave me a very good rate. I have recommended him to friends and family all of whom have been very happy. Highly recommended him.

Booked this company for a boiler change. Engineer was timely and very professional. Any small problems were easily resolved and work was completed on time. Highly recommend this company, professional and know what they are doing.

Super helpful and really professional service, left the place clean and tidy. Installed my Nest device in the cupboard exactly where I wanted it so I was really pleased!

He also installed an external gas pipe for my gas BBQ. He gave lots of advice and suggestions for this which was really helpful.

Invoice stated that 1.5hrs of labour was charged - actual time spent was <30mins.
Messaged to express concern / disappointment and received a patronizing reply instead. Apparently pointing out the above was an insult. Mustafa was so offended he offered (no request was made for a refund) to return the labour charge. Account details provided and....no refund. Repeat business is by word of mouth - no repeat business here.
