Super unfriend business, i reached out for an enquiry of a potential renovation work, the first thing i was asked is "how did you get my mobile number"? I said it is on your website. The next thing he said is "where are you?" I provided postcode, then he said we dont cover the area and hung up.

Nothing but good things to say about them. Came next day for an urgent repair, fair price and attended without problems when needed extra work. Good communication and clean work.

I called on a Thursday. They showed up the very next morning and repaired a leaky shower head and leaky fittings where the piping of the wall fixture connects to each other. Did a GREAT job in a very timely manner and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Their number is saved in my phone as I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Really rude - I called to ask if a person could come out and the person cut me off, said "we're busy" and hung up. I can understand being too busy to take a job, but it only takes a few extra seconds to say that politely and professionally.
