I had an air-source heat pump installed in my house, and the team were very efficient, thorough and capable.

Infinite heating installed a new Heat pump, full installation including new radiators, tanks etc etc. A remarkable achievement and well worth the time and upheaval it caused, although every care was taken not to disrupt our home working life too much. The organisation was immense, the plumbing and electric conversion was huge and the finishing outstanding, even to new covers and paint jobs where needed. Everything of the highest quality, and exactly as explained at the beginning. there was nothing which could be faulted. We are amazed at the difference it makes to the overall and consistent heating quality, and the ambient warmth over winter is hugely improved. The care, attention to detail and personable, friendly and careful workers were amazing. Thank you Josh and the team!

Also, Our new shower room is absolutely wonderful. From beginning to end Josh made sure the choosing, fitting, plumbing and furnishings were of the best quality, and there is nothing that could be improved. Josh installed an ASHP and the associated hot water tank and all other other bits. He stepped in at short notice after we were let down by another supplier. Detailed, high quality work done on schedule and with a proper quote. All paperwork that we needed to apply for the RHI was provided quickly after the instal and everything went smoothly. Josh was responsive to questions and fit his work in around other building work that was happening. An ASHP system installation is a complex piece of work which requires a lot of detailed technical knowledge - I'd recomment Josh/Infinite without hesitation.

Josh and his team carried out a full refit of our shower room, requiring coordination between several trades to complete different parts of the job. I had a central heating breakdown yesterday 29 Dec 2021, a difficult time of year to get hold of a plumber. Infinite Heating and Energy came up trumps sending out their pluming technician Matt the same day. Matt promptly identified the problem and made a professional repair. Very pleased with the service from this company.

I had a boiler fitted and the work was done professionally and speedily. Because I was impressed with the work I then had a kitchen sink installed and a bathroom shower replaced, again I could not fault the work done. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I highly recommend them.
