I have used this firm a few times and have always found them reliable and professional. Had to call them out to fix a broken central heating pump at my elderly parents house. Tommy the heating engineer was excellent, completed the repair and made sure it was all working and that my parents were happy before he left. Just had a new boiler installed by Wagstaff plumbers George and Josh. They were very professional and couldn’t do enough to explain the installation in detail and went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements . They also cleaned up as they went long. A credit to the company. Would definitely recommend.

Went to the shop today for some help, got totally dismissed, would not suggest any alternative totally lacking in any customer support. Just told "thats what you get when you buy on line". Honestly I wanted some help to resolve an issue and maybe replace what I had but just rude. Better off going to B & Q .......

I needed to buy a replacement thermostat for my mums heating system. I walked in and Jon could not have been more helpful. I showed him the item on my phone and there it was. Within seconds I was ready to pay and walk out. Jon is very professional and helpful. Thanks to you, my mum can be all warm and toasty again now.

I have used Wagstaff for many years now for various plumbing issues. Two weeks ago I had a new shower height adjuster and shower head fitted. Looks great.
Yesterday I had a new bath panel fitted. The same plumber did this for me. It looks amazing ! it was a very "fiddly" job and the bathroom is quite small! He was very patient and committed to making sure it was fitted correctly and kept his SOH :))) An excellent job done I am very pleased. Thank you

After being left without hot water twice in a month by British Gas and subsequently being told we needed an £800 power flush I called Wagstaffs. Service was amazing. Called Friday afternoon and they arrived early Saturday morning. The issue was identified and resolved quickly and a new pump fitted within the hour. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be cancelling my Homecare with BG and using Wagstaffs going forward.
