We had a fault code come up on our boiler over a weekend and called AGM. Their on call engineer was quick to pick up and able to advise us over the phone on the likely problem. He talked us through how to get the boiler working in the interim and what documentation we should send to the office. The office team were speedy to organise an appointment, the engineer came exactly on time, fixed the issue with no fuss, and checked over the boiler to make sure there were no further problems. They were also really clear on pricing throughout.

Really pleased with AGM - will definitely be using them again.

Quick to respond to queries and often have next-day availability. The heating engineers and plumbers have always arrived on time and carried out work to a high standard. AGM has an excellent reputation locally, definitely the people to call if you want a job done right.

We needed a reliable plumber quickly, and they were really good about fitting us in. They were very knowledgeable and guided us through the choices we needed to make on repairs and the selection and fitting of new gas radiators, taps and stuff. We cant recommend them highly enough. If you want expert help and dont want to get ripped off then you need a plumber like this.

I contacted AGM by email on Sunday evening to book in a call to fix a leak under my sink, Kersti in the office replied before 8am the Next day, and I had an appointment a couple of hours later.
The communication was excellent. The team are very responsive, Lauren in the office kept me updated near to the appointment as to when to expect the engineer.

The engineers Freddie and Ollie were in communication about when they would arrive and were professional, friendly and very experienced. They fixed my leak (which could have been very difficult due to the built in appliances) and were able to assess the entire plumbing set up in my very old cottage. They recommended further improvements I could make to my plumbing setup and will be sending me a quote for the work. They were absolutely brilliant.

This is the second time I've used AGM and the whole experience is an absolute pleasure every time.

Marcin and Scott performed a Power Flush coupled to a Magnacleanse clean up on my central heating system. My boiler had suffered from sludge in the radiators and radiators were not getting warm in the central bottom area. Additionally they fixed a last minute problem I had on the boiler at no extra cost.

Marcin and Scott were very punctual, carefully assessed the system and addressed my questions and concerns. They took care to keep the property clean and gave a great, non-rushed service. My boiler is working very well and the radiators are fully heating in just 5min, really fantastic job!

The AGM contact team was very responsive to my emails and very reliable, it was a pleasure, specially considering how busy these months are for these businesses.

One suggestion perhaps would be to provide a bit more detail on the written description of the service provided. It is a significant piece of work and keeping a detailed technical record would be helpful for future reference: for example, the process is described as power flush, but they also coupled it with magnacleanse (which is a plus! I don't think everyone does that), would be good to have a record of the specific chemicals and the inhibitor used, and if pH measurements or turbidimetry were required. They did show me the sludge collected (which was quite significant) and tested the heating system at the end which was excellent.

Reliable, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced, underpinned by a strong, supportive team culture.

Plus - all work being done (the why, what, how, when and £) clearly and simply communicated, in non-technical terms for the layperson customer.

What more could you want?!
