Without hesitation I would recommend HEH Ltd. based on my experience. Even though they were not the cheapest, I am extremely glad I chose them. The installation of my new boiler, two new radiators, new valves fitted to all existing radiators and a power flushing of the entire system was carried out by two young men, Mike and Dan, who worked extremely efficiently and obviously knew what they were doing and took pride in their workmanship, a very rare thing these days. They were pleasant, polite and professional. In fact, from the moment I contacted HEH Ltd. I was treated with courtesy and friendliness.

Initial quote was extremely detailed and they did exactly what they said they were going to do! The old boiler was removed from a tricky spot with no damage to the kitchen and new boiler installed in our airing cupboard. Brilliant work, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, from quotation to boiler and hot water tank installation. The guys who did the install were professional and worked their socks off to complete the job in less than a couple of days. Friendly and polite, and they clearly knew what they were doing. HEH Ltd installed a new combi boiler for my mum. They were professional from start to finish – from recommendations to the type of boiler most suited to my mum’s property through to the quotations, communicating and the installation. The engineers who came to install the boiler were both efficient, polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. They also installed a new electric shower for us which we asked for afterwards and that was also installed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend their service.

HEH came and identified problems with my boiler installation (by others) clearly, were happy to explain everything, and how these issues could be resolved. I needed these issues rectified quickly as I was moving home. All my correspondence with HEH was polite, kind and friendly. HEH were able to help me a great deal by booking me in in time. The work was carried out to a really high quality and my home was left in a good and clean condition afterwards. We had HEH install a boiler back in August, it’s been working great since and we are very happy we went with them as we wanted everything working well for this winter period.

HEH did an amazing job removing our old water heater and boiler and installing a new combi in the loft, reworking all the pipes in the most effecient way possible.

From the initial quote with Danny, we were impressed with how thorough they were, they even spotted some waste pipes that were incorrectly installed and offered to fix this.

Michael and Dan were our engineers for the job and they were a pleasure, they were regularly checking in ensuring I was kept in the loop on all decisions. Very smart in their approach to routing pipework around the house. Very professional from start to finish, from the planning stages, all the way up to the 'making good' stage where they bricked and plastered up the holes left from the old boilers. Having HEH also take care of the registration of the boiler was an added bonus. We feel we can rest at ease now that we've had our works looked after by them.

HEH Ltd have been exceptional from the outset. We had three companies quote for a new boiler for our home, each of which recommended something that wouldn't suit the size and type of house, nor our specific family needs. We knew what we wanted so we went onto the Worcester Bosch website for their accredited installers, again, and found HEH.

Note: we had two other companies from the WB accredited installers list to quote too but they weren’t interested in providing the relevant heat only boiler, so do some research beforehand and know what you need before anyone gets there and tries to sway you from what is best for you as opposed to what’s best for them.

My wife loved their well-mannered approach when answering the phone, so we asked them to do a survey and subsequent quotation. Danny came round to look over our broken boiler and existing system and we made him propose a system for our home and needs rather than tell him what we wanted, just to test if he/they were the same as the others we'd had in. His suggestions were bang on what we'd hope for, not offering the easy way out combi boiler but going straight to the Heat Only boiler, which is exactly what we needed and wanted.

As for their installation and service, they were fantastic. The workmanship was of a high standard, they surpassed our expectations and worked super hard to ensure we had heat and hot water at the end of the first day, even though it meant him staying later to make it happen.
I cannot recommend this company and their engineers more highly. In an age where sales and profit seem to come at the expense of providing a great service and supplying what the client needs, it's reassuring to know that there are still genuine businesses out there ready to offer what is right for the customer and not just what is more profitable for them.

In the end, and because they were so honest, we decided to ask them to change our 35 year old cylinder, CH pump, controls and mechanical Y valve at the same time as the boiler too.

A genuinely great company with some fantastic people at the helm and in the field.
