I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard.
Paul's fees are also very competitive and, considering the quality of his work, represent very good value.

Paul helped replacing our old boiler and installing the new one last year. He was very responsive in terms of coming down for a site visit in order to quote, and the quote was very reasonable too, so we decided to go with him. When the actual job was carried out it was done very professionally and to a high standard.

We contacted him again this year to do the annual boiler servicing and gas safety check. Again he turned up on time, did a very thorough job by checking every single aspect that needs to be covered: detecting any gas leak, servicing boiler, cleaning magnetic filter, checking carbon monoxide detector, ensuring thermostat control works properly etc. For the amount of work carried out at that standard, the price was really competitive.

We will continue to use Paul for any boiler related service and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs such services.
