I had a fantastic experience with HIU Breakdown and Repairs. The team was so responsive in coming out to fix my heating. They took the time to explain the problem and provided a comprehensive solution. The unit has been working perfectly since the repair and I couldn't be happier with the service.

My HIU was broken down entirely. An engineer identified the faulty components quickly and got my hot water back in the first visit. In the second visit, Ash replaced the components in the HIU. He also checked the radiators to make sure the whole system works appropriately.
The engineers are friendly and have done their job professionally. Highly recommend.

Shame on Joel, Samson and the bully who they sent around today 22.12.22 to bang my door in and record my private premises, just to provide Optivo evidence they attended. Disgusting, unprofessional and unacceptable harassing behaviour. Also Samson is a liar , cancelled appointments and lied to my housing association Optivo who are no better.

In response, this visit was not a no access record as they began recording my property at the start of their visit. I asked the engineer to STOP recording and they did not. However after 6 minutes they stopped only to proceed knocking my door this is outrageous and unacceptable. This is my private property where I reside with my children and I have the right to not be recorded. How could it be a no access visit if they recorded before knocking my door?

Samson from HIU Breakdown and Repairs was a pleasure to work with. He organised the servicing of my flat and all the neighbours in my block super quickly and sent out our certificates promptly.
