ASSOCIATED RESPONSE

I asked for a quote to fit a new combi-boilers in my flats in Enfield. Associate Response quote came in at a reasonable price (after giving me several boilers options, to choose from). Mike and Harry arrived on time, took out the old boiler and fitted the new boiler (taking away the old boiler too).

There were some minor challenges and Hugh (the owner of the company) was very quickly on site to help and fix the problems. Once the boilers had been fitted, the hot water was running slowly and again Hugh came out immediately and fixed the problem.

Whilst fitting the boiler, the guys were clean, laid down clothes around the boiler and kept the area clean.

The guys were professional, courteous and Hugh is the most knowledgeable person on boilers that I know of. Overall, very pleased with the fitting of the boiler and I got a 12-year guarantee, a new thermostat and a power wash of the radiators all at a competitive price and a great service. A very pleased customer and I would not hesitate to recommend Associated Response

We installed a new boiler adding new radiators that weren't heating up, and for two years couldn't get them to work despite trying different things with our plumber to balance the system. Hugh managed to fix the problem by guiding me over the phone in less than five minutes. I asked him to visit the property to make sure the system is working as well as it can and found him to be friendly, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend him!

Called Associated Response late in the afternoon as my boiler broke down and I am caring for my elderly mother. From Jenny in the office to Hughie and Jake who came to fix the boiler the next day they were professional, efficient, courteous couldn't have been more helpful. Associated Response are a five star central heating service. On Christmas Eve our boiler packed up and Hugh arrived and ensured we had heating/hot water for the rest of the Christmas period. If we ever have problems Associated Response respond immediately and arrive on the day to sort it out. I am just blown away with the service and the friendly, no nonsense attitude - they get the job done...unlike a certain politician!

We had no heating or hot water last week. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to Jenny at Associated Response who was brilliant, very helpful and attentive and when she said she'd call, she did. Booked someone in for us the next day no issues. Hugh came and solved our heating issue, he was professional, knowledgable and personable. Great company, highly recommend and will be using in the future.

Hugh came out on a Sunday evening within 20 mins and fixed the boiler in about 10 mins! Hugh was professional and super friendly and also great value for a Sunday call out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing/heating services
