I have used ODM for a boiler service, a downstairs cloakroom replacement and a radiator system flush.

The boiler was old and the previous occupant doesn't seem to have had it serviced in a long time! Ollie tested the boiler and adjusted some of the settings to make it work more efficiently and made sure it was working safely.

When we moved in, the downstairs cloakroom was old and dated. Ollie sourced a more modern cistern and fitted it to the existing toilet bowl, then replaced the old sink and taps with nice new ones to match.

Sam performed a system flush on our central heating system to get rid of some cold spots and check all our radiators as some didn't seem to work, or the thermostats weren't working. The flush and check were carried out over he course of a day and afterwards the house warmed much more quickly and the radiators had no more cold spots.

I have found the team to be friendly and professional throughout, their work is of the highest standard and they are diligent about cleaning up after themselves.

I would highly recommend Ollie and his team at ODM services, for any plumbing or gas heating work and would definitely use them again.

I had a leak coming from my toilet tank and i spent around 4 days contacting over 10 companies to get this resolved but most of them never got back to me. I spoke to Ollie who reassured me this would get resolved within 24 hours and at a reasonable price also. His colleague Jason came over and sorted the issue within 1 hour, they were both friendly and professional. will be using their services again in the future

After a pipe on a water pump in my airing cupboard burst yesterday, I had water flooding my house and couldn't stop it. Ollie was the first one I called as I had used the company for a previous toilet installation and he was a life saver. He face timed me to locate the valves to turn the water off and arrived within 15 minutes. He was able to replace the pipe and make the area safe. Once the house has dried out, he will be back to replace the water pump as that suffered significant water damage. I can not rate this company enough and was very impressed by the response time when I was in crisis.

Fantastic service from ODM. Had a major water leak under a concrete floor. ODM got 2 of their team out to my property very quickly to put in an emergency fix and then returned soon after to dig up the floor and run in new pipe work.

They did such a good job that I got them back in to fit a new bathroom.

I highly recommend using ODM. They installed a new electric shower in my flat which needed plumbing and electrical work. Hayley the administrator who organised the job was friendly and responsive. James and Adam who attended onsite were professional, polite and clearly very knowledgeable. They even fixed some faulty wiring they noticed as part of the service.

I have used a number of plumbers and electricians over the years and I can not recommend this company enough. Great service.

Avoid at all costs unless you fancy adding in months of delay. Asked this company for a quote for our en-suite. They went to the property. Have been chasing the quote for nearly 2 months only to be told today they can’t do it as not enough staff. They could have told us this prior to asking the quote and certainly not after us chasing for 2 months. Not reliable, not fair.
