They do not return goods even if it does not work. I purchased thermostat and returned it next day as it did not work after installation. They kept it for 4 days and told me they are not able get response from Vaillant and can cannot return it. I had to bring my thermostat back.
They were generally rude as if doing some favour for letting me walk in to the store.

Have been a customer for a number of years since they were in Colindale.
Parking much better now and can also drop into Toolstation or Screwfix.
Mr Central Heating have a great product range at low prices.
Highly recommended!

I really didn’t like the service I received at all. They expect you to be home an entire day for delivery. Then don’t tell you when they’ll arrive (even though they have their own drivers). They charge £10 for redelivery. You have to call them 5 times to arrange. They don’t reliably answer the phone and when they do the staff is rude and unhelpful. They take days to get back to you. They only deliver your product “to the kerb”. I would never use again. I really am not a fan… :-)

Poor customer service. Poor communication skills. Everything ambiguous and no concrete answers for any of my questions and had the phone hung up on me because they believed we were going in circles even though they were not answering any of my yes or no questions. Refused the exchange of my boiler because i sellotaped the boiler after opening. And there was ‘footprints on the inside of the cardboard’. Was told to leave the boiler there for them to sell it on and then they’ll refund me the money. The boiler was confirmed to be unused and in original packaging as their return policy asks.

I was not even asking for a refund but an exchange and they were rude and dismissive.

Well, I've ordered some vaillant controls worth £475, they've confirmed delivery in about 10 days which was very disappointing but went with it and one day before delivery someone called and said they don't have the most important one out of them and that it's impossible for them to find me one and if I want to wait for it indefinitely or want a refund? Mr Central Heating, if you don't have an itm in stock take it off your website don't charge people for it and then refund them in a fortnight. If you couldn't get it in 2 weeks I've got it in 2 days. In 2 weeks I can get it straight from Germany if you guys can't handle it because it's easy now to blame Covid . A lot of suppliers are doing this lately without thinking they'll run out of business, it's not the hardest thing to jump the middle man, you're there for our confort until you're not comfortable enough!
