Jason and his staff have fixed a recurring hot water issue for us that wasn't fixed properly by two other plumbers.
They also service and maintain our boiler. Their first priority is safety with gas - we feel safe these guys have our best interests at heart.

Fantastic service, very professional

Jason attended our property because our boiler lost pressure. Jason fitted a new part and the problem was still there. Jason said to contact Thames Water because he believed the water pressure from the supply wasn't sufficient enough to maintain the boiler pressure.

My main point here is £400 was spent and the problem is still here. I was assured by Jason that he would attend the property and put some small leak solution in the system but never showed up.

I mean if you paid £400 for a repair wouldn't you want to see value for money?

Bare in mind the owner of the property is in her 70s and there are children and a baby living in the property also.
