Council tennent have no choice in using them. Never turn up for appointments, then blame you for not being in. No appointment confirmation letter. Phone to say can't come on the day. Then they rearrange appointment cancel that without telling you.. shocking service absolutely no customer service.

Absolutely no customer support, I'm having to rely on YHG to make appointments. The fact YHG uses this company proves they don't care about their residents.

Had this company sent out through my housing association in Paisley Scotland to replace a new boiler and thermostats on my radiators. From the initial survey with Mr Lee Zafaroni to the installation a week and half later everything went according to plan and I have to say it was amazing service. From Lee attending during the installation and of course from the Installer Mr Campbell who I must say was very professional in all aspects of his work. I’m very happy with the service I received and my new heating system is working amazingly! Can’t fault these guys. Thank You 😊

they left me without hot water and heating for 10 days now ...and counting... no one showed up for scheduled app to fix the boiler... 10 days on the phone with them took me nowhere... once they are saying it will take so long as we have to order part ( you can get it form screwfix on the day) and when you arrange time off work they don't turn up. they will tell you engineer is on the way to you just to tell you they are still waiting for the parts 2h later ....I have 5yo child with asthma... no heating no hot water for a 10 days now...
Disgusting service. No respect to customers.

2 months without heating or hot water 3 appointment's in which no one turned up each appointment I had to book a days holiday from work wasted. Leaking boiler onto live electrical wires has been left unsafe for 2 months absolute joke

Had a letter from them stating a time and date for a gas safety check through East Lothian council. The time was between 12 & 5 o’clock I waited in for 5 hours and nobody turned up. You can get charged for not getting your gas checked which I will not be paying as they were the ones that didn’t turn up. Absolutely shocking!!

Partly installed boiler at the start of 2021 in January, we are now at the end of 2021 and work has still not been completed despite complaints and numerous chasing. Don't got to these thieves!!!
