Tony did a fantastic job advising on and then fitting a new boiler. I was about to confirm an order with another larger boiler company, but did my research and was very lucky to find Warm Zone. Tony talked me through the various options and then provided a detailed and cheapest by about £700 quote. V happy with the value and the quality of the fitting looks far superior to what was done previously, and with a 10 year guarantee you can't go wrong. I highly recommend Warm Zone - great value, excellent industry knowledge, and top quality workmanship.

Tony has recently fitted a new boiler, shower etc and various other jobs as part of a kitchen refit. I have to say that Tony is one of the most professional tradesmen I have ever employed. His knowledge & obvious desire to do a top job gives you complete confidence that you will get an excellent job for a reasonable price. Overall I cannot recommend Tony highly enough.

Tony at Warm Home Services was a great find! We had moved into the house last November and had ongoing issues with the thermostat and getting the house warm.

On first coming out to inspect and quote, Tony noticed an issue with the system water flow that he fixed in seconds, but made a massive difference in the heat output. He was also great in recommending a replacement radiator for the kitchen and a smart thermostat, all of which are now installed and working perfectly.

Provided a good service and disconnected our cooker and gas hobs and replaced all the pipe work under the sink and installed a dishwasher and an outside tap.

We needed a new boiler to be fitted over the winter and had been recommended to Tony (Warmzone) by our neighbour.

Tony suggested a new boiler and tank and we were reassured this was the best approach for our home (a town house). He was clear about the costs upfront as he didn’t want there to be any ‘surprises’ down the line.

Overall very pleased with our new boiler and the with the service we received. Clearly no one likes spending money on a boiler, but we can at least be rest assured that we have a quality product that has been installed to a high standard.

Tony carried out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing for a new utility room and also some remedial works on our boiler.
