Luna Gas

Great job done by Luna gas. Had a new boiler installed, new radiators refitted and a new water tank. All done to a high standard with no issues. Competitive rates, Definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Ruben is a super professional! He has always given fabulous service.

Just last night we had an issue with the heating. A common problem in extreme weather is for condensor pipes to freeze on the boiler. I'm sure most plumbers would come out to 'resolve' it, charge a fee and be on their merry way. Not Ruben and Luna. He told me the simple way to rectify the problem over the phone - sorted in 2 minutes. That's integrity you don't usually see with trades.

Very happy customer! Boiler had power but wouldn't activate heating which baffled me. Contacted Luna and they were able to visit the very same morning. The problem was a circuit board which required a new part. Olly went above and beyond to locate the part on the same day, and came back that evening to finish the job. Will definitely use again!
