John of Bollano Plumbers came to do one known repair and a full service for an older Worcester boiler. John did a very thorough job, identifying some issues with the boiler and radiators all of which he resolved. He inspired confidence with his extensive knowledge and experience and clearly explained the need for the replacement parts and adjustments required. He also gave very useful advice for using the boiler in our circumstances. His fee was very fair and closely matched his initial estimate. I recommend John of Bollano Plumbers and will use his services again when required.

John from Bollano Plumbers installed all the new water pipes in my kitchen, replacing the old ones, so that my new kitchen could be installed. He installed the washing machine, dish washer, sink and taps. Everything looks very neat and tidy and it all works well. I am very pleased with the end result. John's services were incredible and we were very grateful for the support and knowledge he shared with us so close to Christmas. After discovering that our boiler required replacing a week before Christmas, we are so happy that it was able to be fixed in time. John helped us with sourcing a new boiler and spent the Thursday removing the old boiler and replacing it with a new one.

He gave us frequent updates throughout his work, so that we were better informed in any decision that was needed. He was extremely professional and we would have no hesitation in using him again for future work.
