Hi I'm Jackie and I live in the Guildford area.

I recently needed to replace my boiler and wanted to move it to a new location in the house so I contacted Premier Heating.

Whenever I spoke to the office staff at Premier Heating, they were very helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries that I had.

The Premier Heating engineers arrived on time each day in a smart company uniform and van and they were polite & friendly. They worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up at the end of each day.

The work was carried out as per the competitively priced quotation and to a very high standard.

I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Heating to my friends & family.

When I rang to ask for a heating engineer to come out and have a look at the boiler, the receptionist was nice at first as soon as I said we live in Normandy in a residential park home the receptionist tone changed not for the better. So I haven't called back and we will take our business to another company where there staff will hopefully be a lot nicer.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the work - The cistern was very old and the pipework had to be altered to fit. Sophie did an excellent job very neat and and left me with a fully working toilet again.

Premier Heating have long been my Boiler Service company for many, many years. Introductiuon of their new services came at a good time for me and the recently completed Electrical and Plumbing work was carried out to great satisfaction. Cannot praise Martin and Daryl highly enough for their promptness, courtesy and excellent, tidy workmanship. Both a credit to the new services on offer. Thank you and not forgetting Janice's organisation. All much appreciated.

We contracted Premier Heating to perform the 1st service on our brand new (1 year old Worcester Bosch Boiler), Andy stayed for about 15 mins, commented that there were "numerous" issues with the boiler and left in an unfriendly hurry without telling us anything about the issues. A few days later we receive a quote from Premier Heating for MORE than the full cost of the boiler and the fitting, mentioning a large number of issues as remediation actions.

This literally looked like a scam, and to put our minds at rest we decided to check with Worcester Bosch themselves what they thought about our boiler and whether we needed to get our boiler largely changed. The independent review from Worcester Bosch confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our boiler and that somehow Premier Heating wanted to "upgrade" the boiler to the very top spec, replacing parts that were literally a year old! Turns out Premier Heating were just trying to quote for more work and clearly trying to criticise their competition. The sad part is that more naive people probably fall in that trap and spend thousands of pounds on unnecessary work for their boiler. Extremely unprofessional service, we will never Premier Heating again and we strongly discourage people from using their services.
