Devon Heating came around and offered a particularly detailed appraisal of our house and heating. They found solutions to all our problems and after agreeing a price for the work, they came to install.

Unfortunatley I wasn't aware that we needed 2 existing 47kg Gas bottles prior to Instillation and a national shortage of bottles, made overcoming this dilemma a problem which delayed completion of the Instillation. Maybe this could have been mentioned prior to purchase, but it's on me as a consumer to do my due diligence before hand.

That being said, the company accommodated my error which did delay the Instillation and then came out once this was sorted to finish the job. Quick, efficient and effective. Our radiators now all work and are kicking out some serious heat, well above the levels we had with our old Stanley oil fired system.

In summary, the job was good, they accommodated my fuel sourcing complications, adapted to instillation problems, and finished promptly. The customer service was awesome, and Leanne was always available. The Instillation fellas were clear, helpful and knowledgeable and finished the job when they said they would (it would have been earlier if I had got the bottles of gas)

If I was pressed to offer a suggestion it would be to cover, remove or blend the edges of what was left behind or removed (we have a few holes in the wall and nails sticking up) but these are minimal and in non important areas so not a massive issue.

We are hugely happy with our system and I'd thoroughly recommend. Can't comment on the reliability yet as it's early days, but if things change il update.

Great, friendly, helpful team and a professional company. Installed a new oil boiler to current regulations. New timer, thermostat and soakaway all completed in a day and half. They also processed the 7 Yr Worcester Bosche warranty direct with WB. 7ys piece of mind now validated by them. Highly recommend the firm.

Just had our boiler serviced and repaired by one of Devon heating's engineers called John. Really freindly and professional, a real asset to the company. Boiler is now fixed. Very happy punters.

Devon Heating completed the installation exactly as they said they would, on time and with the absolute minimum of disturbance to us. They respected our home and when they had finished, it was as if they hadn’t been here – no mess and no damage. The system has worked faultlessly.

Done a boiler service with this company last Monday they told me its all done told me nothing wrong with it all good since that Monday I had trouble with hot water keep going off rang them following day tell them this happening they booked me in for Thursday when the staff came had a look in morning he said there is fault with circuit board it’s not there job he told me never had this problems until they did service been living this property for long time never ever had issue staff told me he’s go come back later 5 mins later manager rang me starting to give me abuse and made out i was lying to get free work out of it first thing first if there problem why didn’t they told me when they done service? Absolutely shocking I will never use this company again.

The company and its office staff were friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment for our annual boiler service. on the day of the appointment the engineer rang ahead and carried out the service efficiently and in a friendly, but professional manner.
