I would like to write a short review about the power flushing job and installing a new pump with the Charter Heating Services Limited. Many thanks, Stef and Tom for your hard work! You did the great job! I am really pleased with all my radiators' temperature with normally hot! I certainly shall call you again if any problem either with my radiators, or boiler in the future. I am lucky having you, because I can call you either by email, or text, because I cannot use the telephone - I am wholly deaf! Many thanks again!

I rang Charter heating to request a quote for a new boiler installation. Guy came round to measure up and said he would be in touch asap. After two weeks without heating and hot water I then rang their office to be told he was busy and I would be going to the top of their list as a priority, 3 weeks later from that conversation I am still waiting for a response 🙈, very unprofessional and would recommend finding another company Waste of time 👎

Stef and Tim were brilliant - Stef quickly identified the source of the leak in our boiler, ordered the replacement part and Tim fitted it less than 48 hours later as soon as it arrived. Excellent service !!, Very positive experience from start to finish. We had Powerflushing, Boiler service and 2no. new designer vertical radiators installed with complex chrome pipework and valves 'which would add that finishing touch' engineer Stef achieved that with attention to detail and to our satisfaction.
