We were delighted with the courtesy, timeliness and efficiency of the engineer who installed our gas boiler. Due care and attention was shown in ensuring that there was no mess and the old boiler {with asbestos) was carefully removed. The new system is working well and we would have no hesitation in asking the firm to return in the event of any other work being necessary.

Heat-Tec has carried out a number tasks for me ranging in complexity from the installation of a complete new central heating and hot water system to providing me with a report on the performance of a company relating to a maintenance contract. Their approach has always been highly professional and, therefore, most reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Brilliant job done upgrading us to a mega flow put in the attic, a new boiler, immaculate pipe work across 3 floors and 8 new rads. Fantastic service from a very knowledgeable and professional engineer. He even taught our kittens a thing or two about plumbing!!!!

Fast service, boilers working great!

Incorrectly installed condensing pipe. Was unaware of issue until Worcester bosch came to service boiler. Tried multiple times to contact them without response. Clearly not bothered about customer service! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Dave replaced an ageing conventional boiler with a new combi, including removing all the old tanks and heavy gauge pipework. The work was fairly priced and appears to be to a very high standard. Dave responded to all questions prior to starting the work, turned up when he said he would, and was generally very pleasant to deal with. We are pleased with the end result and would recommend giving Heat-Tec a call if you're in need of some plumbing work.
