Winston and his team are thoroughly professional and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy and informed throughout the process. We had an old gas boiler replaced. It was an easy process from booking to installation in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to find Avenue Heating back in 2017 when my boiler stopped working and every plumber I called tried to charge me silly money for a complete new system. Fortunately, Avenue Heating got to the bottom of the problem straight away and was able to come up with a far more economical solution to maintain the boiler, instead of having to change it out completly.

Since then I have used them a number of times for varying jobs and, on occasion, given them some real tricky projects to undertake. Again, they did everything they could to get to the bottom of the problem and finally sort it where other plumbers had given up or tried to charge for 'remedies' that weren't necessary.

Avenue Heating will always be my first port of call whenever anything plumbing related rears its head. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently had underfloor heating retrofitted at my house - the company I used for this job recommended The Avenue for all the plumbing requirements of this job. And I have to say I'm delighted that I went with them. Winston was very pleasant to deal with and very professional and thorough in his recommendation and quotation.

This was a relatively large job which required multiple visits - heavy work was required to connect to the hot water cylinder on the top floor to the ground floor. The guys from Avenue were polite, efficient and really clean! They left my house like they had never been there which my wife really appreciated!

After being let down 4 times by so called “emergency” heating firms I called “Avenue Heating”. They arranged an engineer for us. He was on time, fully equipped and had our heating up and running in just over an hour. He left the house clean. We were happy with the price he charged. Very professional. Would recommend!

Unfortunately, there was a bit of a breakdown in comms between Winston's initial visit and receiving his quote however; I think was just in the nature of modern stuff where we are supposedly better connected - but aren't!
I am a retired heating professional and company owner so bear that in mind when I say that Winston impressed me immediately, he responded to a first call and viewed within an hour or so - on site he showed experience and thoughtfulness - many thanks.
