Really prompt, polite and professional service right from initial phone call to office through to installation of new boiler and associated pipework. Follow up phone call too from office to check on the work done and arrange servicing in 12months. The lads were great to have around...professional and thorough. Top communication. Highly recommend.

I called RNA Saturday evening - out of hours as I couldn't get the pressure up on my boiler. The guidance they gave me over the phone was so helpful. Unfortunately it was something I couldn't fix myself but the Engineer was with me first thing Sunday morning. Can't recommend them enough.

RNA Heating removed my elderly mother’s old solid fuel Raeburn and replaced it with a combination boiler. At the same time they also installed two new radiators. From start to finish we were totally impressed with how professional and efficient everything was. From Kate in the office arranging everything, Richard coming round to quote (twice because my mum had changed her mind and he wanted to make sure that he understood her changes and give an accurate quote); to Kieran and Sam who carried out the installation and couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and tidy. Kieran made sure that he explained everything thoroughly before he left. RNA were competitively priced (we had quotes from 3 different companies) but their professionalism made them stand out from the beginning. I cannot recommend RNA Heating enough and would definitely use them again.

RNA Heating were the only local company to provide an engineer to attend to my boiler breakdown. The subsequent diagnosis was a need for a replacement, which was supplied and fitted promptly and efficiently.

This company is truly fantastic . Our heating gave up four days before Christmas . They were the 8th company we tried and they were the only one that responded . The service was truly professional they were unable to fix it before Christmas but they gave us a written quote for the work and were there bright and early on the arranged day to replace the boiler . The two men they sent worked tirelessly and in a day and a half we had a new system up and running . They are a wonderful company and deserve the business . I cannot recommend them enough .

Called up enquiring about replacing our 32 year old oil boiler. Richard came out within the week to quote for the works, whereas some other local companies didn't even bother to return our calls. The quote was fair and a date was set. Richards team came out on the agreed date and replaced our boiler within 3 short days alongside a few other jobs. The team was knowledgeable and friendly and we couldn't have asked for any more. Highly recommend

Contacted R NA heating due to a boiler /gas problem .. They attended the property within 3 hours .. Great service .. very professional.. lovely engineer who dealt with my elderly mother in law with compassion . Will definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them .
