The Heating Expert - Central Heating & Plumbing

Booked the heating expert in through their website which was dead easy for a boiler service.
The date did change to he one day later due to other work commitments but this was all communicated well in advance and was changed to a date that suited both of us.
Charlie came out and did the service and was very professional, he even gave me some useful tips on how to operate the boiler if I ever found myself in an emergency.
Would recommend them and will be seeing them again next year for another service.

Boiler packed up leaving us with no hot water, Paul had one of his team to us very quickly and diagnosed the issue easily, gave me a great explanation as to what had caused the problem. I received a very competitive quote for the repair, and service so I booked them to complete the work.
The repair was carried out quickly and professionally by a lad named Charlie, being 'one of those customers' I fired loads of questions at him, which he was only to happy to answer with easy to understand explanations.
I also received a follow up call from Paul to make sure all was working perfectly.
I can't recommend these guys more highly.

Paul the engineer recently performed a gas fire service and added some pipe work to the c/h system. I would not hesitate to recommend him for the quality of his work and his courteous and friendly manner. There was excellent communication with Paul K throughout too. Cadent was asked to make a check at one point which was reassuring. I fully recommend this company.

I would highly recommend the team after the job they did in installing a new combi boiler. As well as doing a great job in bringing hot water and heating back to the house:

- From start to finish, the customer service and communication was fantastic - Paul and Charlie talking me through options, checking on availability, checking in after the job etc.
- There was clearly pride and attention to detail in the quality of work. Heath turned previous pipe work that looked like spaghetti junction into a really neat finish. The same goes for all of the work - neat and tidy, and taking account of, and working around, the surrounding fixtures, throughout.
- Responsiveness, a sense of responsibility and honesty that makes me feel comfortable that, should anything go wrong with the boiler in the future, they will be there to help.

It’s great to have people carrying out work that clearly take pride in it and care about what the customer gets - tangible (boiler) and intangible (feeling of being looked after). Paul’s love of the job even extends to an appreciation of pipe work and inside workings of a boiler that you’d normally associate with artwork!

We’ve just had our boilers serviced by Charlie. This is the first time we’ve used the Heating Expert and I cannot fault the level of service and professionalism or recommend them highly enough. I know that if we ever have any problems Paul and his team will be there to help us. So refreshing!

I contacted this company and they were nothing short of amazing! Arranged to see us quickly and managed to get the job we wanted done completed to a super high standard, very neat and tidy and great value. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing trade assistance and we will absolutely be using again!

An excellent level of service carried out by Charlie. You couldn't wish for a more professional and friendly approach. A few minor problems were highlighted for future reference and one part did need replacing. This part was ordered and replaced with the same efficiency as the original service.
We will definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending their first class service to anyone in the future.
