Tom was professional and knowledgeable when carrying out the original survey, and we received a detailed quote very quickly. The price compared favourably with the other quotes we had arranged, so it was their professional manner which sealed the deal.
The fitter, Lee Parker, arrived promptly on both days and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. He was very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and was courteous at all times. He and his apprentice were a credit to the company. I highly recommend them.

Had a number of clarifications in choosing who to go with when selecting a company to replace my boiler and Your Heat were both good value when compares to the big players, responsive in their answers to queries and when it came to the install provided an excellent level of service. Am extremely happy with the new boiler and the works done by Dave who was great and very respectful of me working from home and having kids being schooled from home. A personal recommendation led us to Your Heat. Overall, the can-do manner and quick turnaround of a quote for new boiler and a not-so-straightforward installation convinced us to choose the company for the job. We went through the Worcester Bosch website to get a new boiler and were offered Your Heat for the fitting. We have had a minor snag and contacted Tom, who was brilliant in arranging prompt repair, a great help as we are going through other house issues at the moment.

We wanted to move our hot water cylinder and emergency boilers to a different location on our middle floor. After receiving few quotes we chose to go with Your Heat as they were very responsive, pro-active and offered a reasonable price and reassurance regarding quality. My boiler stopped working on Saturday morning probably the worst time for it to breakdown! After a quick call to Your Heat and running through some troubleshooting over the phone, the engineer, Dan, managed to attend my house later that day. Boiler back up and running within 30 minutes!
