I've recently moved to the area, the previous owners of our house left us a lovely welcoming letter that recommended BAR and Sons. I had an issue with a leaky air release valve. An engineer was sent out within 3 hours of my call. Replaced the part and taught me a few things about the system all in less than 20mins. Great service, great value. Will use these guys for all my future plumbing needs.

Well, an electrician came to survey the job which I had documented in detail. Now 3 weeks later, in spite of chasing up by telephone 3 times and offering to pay a day rate instead of a fixed price I am still awaiting contact from the company with an estimate or quotation. I assume they are so busy they don't want the business, I just wish they told me at the time.
