We used Macleod plumbing when we purchased our home 3 years ago and the estate agents sent them out for a plumbing repair. We were happy with the quality of the work, and had them plumb our utility room and repair our toilet soon after this. At that time, we also asked them to give us a quote for a bathroom reno, but they never did. Recently (beginning of August) we gave them another go and contacted the son to come out to give us a quote for the bathroom reno, but to no avail. He said he would follow-up the following week, but we didn't hear from him. I followed up with the son this week, but as he is on holiday, he asked that I contact his father to organise. Granted it's been only a few days since my message to the business number (tuesday to friday), but my call hasn't been returned. Overall, it's too much effort to try to get them to even provide a quote, so we won't be using their services again. Overall, we've found them unreliable. Two stars because three years ago, when they did turn up, they did good work.
